Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our updated return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.


Eligibility for Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is received damaged, defective, or not in working condition.

  • You must submit a return request through our Contact Us page before sending anything back.

  • Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

If the product is not damaged, used, or in unacceptable condition, we cannot offer a refund to your original payment method.


Return Process

  1. Go to our Contact Us page and request a return.

  2. If your return is approved,:

    • A return shipping Label must created by customer (only if the item is defective or damaged).

    • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to verify that:

    • The damage was not caused by the customer, and

    • The item is returned within the allowed timeframe.


Refund Options

If the product is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • You are eligible for a refund in store credit only, valid for 6 months.

  • Store credit cannot be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Store credit expires after 6 months and cannot be reactivated.

If the product is not damaged, used, or returned in unacceptable condition:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • Items that fail inspection cannot be reshipped back to the customer.


Return Timeframes

  • You must report any damaged or defective product within 13 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be completed within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds, under any circumstances.


90-Day Protection + Lifetime Warranty (If Purchased)

If you purchased Shipment Protection and Lifetime Warranty, you may qualify for a 90-day extended refund or replacement for eligible issues.
This coverage applies only to damaged or defective items.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are NOT issued to original payment methods for any reason.

  • We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction alone unless the item is damaged or nonfunctional.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims for items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or wear and tear.
