Eligibility for Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is received damaged, defective, or not in working condition.

Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
If the product is not damaged, used, or in unacceptable condition, we cannot offer a refund to your original payment method.
Return Process

Go to our Contact Us page and request a return.

If your return is approved,:

A return shipping Label must created by customer (only if the item is defective or damaged).

Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to verify that:

The damage was not caused by the customer, and
-
The item is returned within the allowed timeframe.

Refund Options
If the product is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival:

You are eligible for a refund in store credit only, valid for 6 months.

Store credit cannot be refunded to your original payment method.

Store credit expires after 6 months and cannot be reactivated.
If the product is not damaged, used, or returned in unacceptable condition:

No refund will be issued.

Items that fail inspection cannot be reshipped back to the customer.
Return Timeframes

You must report any damaged or defective product within 13 days of delivery.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of the original shipment date.

After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds, under any circumstances.
90-Day Protection + Lifetime Warranty (If Purchased)
If you purchased Shipment Protection and Lifetime Warranty, you may qualify for a 90-day extended refund or replacement for eligible issues.
This coverage applies only to damaged or defective items.

We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction alone unless the item is damaged or nonfunctional.

We reserve the right to reject claims for items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or wear and tear.
